  1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed by our company limited to the following purposes: keeping records of customers, dealers, suppliers, and consumers; establishing and developing healthy commercial relationships; promoting products and services; ensuring sufficient benefit from products and services; meeting needs and demands; establishing purchase-sale contracts; submitting and receiving offers; receiving and transmitting orders; performing contracts and delivering products; issuing, delivering, and receiving waybills and invoices; completing necessary financial processes; making payments; receiving and transmitting requests and complaints; conducting service, warranty, and maintenance-repair processes; explaining product promotion and usage methods/purposes; conducting product development and R&D studies; and ensuring security.
  1. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is transferred to company partners and employees for the realization of the purposes listed above; to company customers, dealers, and suppliers if required by said purposes; and to cargo and logistics companies for the delivery of products and documents.In order to comply with legislation and fulfill legal obligations, data is transferred to administrative and official authorities, judicial bodies, and legally authorized private legal entities; to be delivered to these persons or to the company lawyer for use in legal processes (mediation, arbitration, lawsuits, complaints) that have started and/or will start between you and our company.
  1. METHOD AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected;
  • Orally, in writing, or via camera recording in case of your visit to our company;
  • Through the website, mobile application, e-mail, cargo, phone calls, and SMS methods.
At our company, personal data including name, surname, workplace address, telephone, e-mail address, T.R. Identity Number, and tax number of customers, dealers, and their employees, candidates, suppliers, and camera recordings of our company visitors are processed. This personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds:
  • The establishment or performance of a contract,
  • Fulfillment of a legal obligation,
  • Necessity of data processing for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
  • Necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
  1. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE LPPD (KVKK)
You may apply to our company by:
  • Ensuring your identity verification at Çubuklu Mah. Boğaziçi Cad. Boğaziçi Plaza No:6/B (Z2) Beykoz /İstanbul,
  • Sending an e-mail with your secure electronic or mobile signature to our gmt@gmtcontrol.com address,
  • Applying through other methods where your identity is confirmed (such as a notary public notice),

  • b) Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
  • c) Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose,
  • ç) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • d) Requesting correction if personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  • e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist,
  • f) Requesting notification of the transactions made under subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • g) Objecting to any result unfavorable to you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • ğ) Requesting compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
